  Todd took it upon himself to reveal private family financial matters to my ex-husband's family. My daughters were 18 and 20 when their dad passed. I took on the responsibility to pay for his funeral as my youngest was still in school. My ex had less than 5K in life ins. Many financial obligations came at the expense of my daughters to accomplish this. Due to losing my job, Todd decided to go to my ex's family and reveals my unfortunate sitaution and "how was this funeral going to be paid:" AFTER we agreed to a payment timeline...YEA CLASSIC at best. He has caused so much turmoil for myself, my daughters and the family distress....WORD TO THE WISE>...BEWARE Todd you need to come up with a "personal recovery plan for all the harm you have caused...

  Todd went up and beyond in assisting our family in this difficult time. His level of respect and customer care made our unfortunate event seamless. Todd took care of hidden details - details that were quite important to us that we had not discussed with him or even thought about. We greatly appreciate all of his efforts.

  I couldn't disagree with "Julie" anymore. Todd treated our family in need with the utmost respect and decency. We completely understood what Todd was doing at all times and what his needs were. I could totally understand why he might be concerned with the money part of his business as once the service is done and over with he has NO recourse of any of his services.
